Taller than life-sized sculpture extending vertically upwards in the shape of a large, loose loop, followed by a wave and a curl, in the form of an abstracted calligraphic scrawl of the Chinese character (父) meaning 'father'. The sculpture is rendered in epoxy resin with rock crystal, glass fragments and a filigreed veneer of bronze all along one side of the curves and loops. The base is granite.
