Six-metre tall elongated standing figure in bronze with black patina, with both hands raised above the head in a parallel position resting from elbow to hand and hand to elbow. There is an indentation on the head to suggest eyes. This sculpture is positioned in the centre of a circular marble fountain mounted with LED lights on the LASALLE McNally campus green and is a reproduction of the ‘Black Hole’ sculpture (2005.006) by Brother Joseph McNally (2000). This work was commissioned by LASALLE College of the Arts from the artist’s estate to commemorate him.
